This home was constructed in two stages: the owners occupied the guest quarters attached to their newly-built boat house/garage while they awaited the completion of the main house. Sited on a hilltop overlooking Cape Cod’s lovely, expansive Pleasant Bay, the property has dramatic water views in two directions.
