Design Build on Cape Cod

Work is underway on this waterfront family home renovation overlooking Cape Cod Bay. This Design-Build project opens the living, kitchen and eating areas toward waterside decks and an adjacent street-side patio area with firepit sheltered by a semi-detached garage. The home includes a first-floor guest suite with a private bath and a second-floor master bedroom suite alongside two sleeping rooms, study areas, two bathrooms, and a private deck.
