Chatham Shops and Apartments

This project involved the restoration of two historic buildings in downtown Chatham to create new shops with light-filled, modern interiors complete with second floor apartments above. Of utmost importance was the creation of an exterior aesthetic that flowed from the street’s existing structures while staying true to the guidelines of the Chatham Historical Commission.
