This classic, full Cape house was purchased as a summer base for a retired couple with a plan for expansion in mind, in order to provide plenty of room for visiting children and grandchildren. The challenge was working within the very limited site space available for additional building on the site--a small parcel between the house and the street. AD created an addition to the front of the home that provided a new two-car garage, a first floor master bedroom suite, an expanded living room, and a new kitchen. |
