Protective environmental regulations and a steep slope made siting this ocean cove home a challenge. AD worked with the landscape, nestling the house into the slope, and creating a lower level family room that opens to the outdoors. Three separate roof top decks capture ocean views from multiple vantage points. The deck atop the observation tower provides a dramatic space for entertaining. Wraparound walkways connect the pool and charming carriage house garage to the main house. |
